Additionally, cashflow is an important element at all stages of life. We hope to provide you with the context to have confidence in your decisions by creating an intentional spending plan and ensuring your spending and saving are aligned with your goals.

Personal Goals & Objectives

Understanding what you are planning for is at the core of what we do together. We will listen to your hopes and concerns to map out a timeline of your goals and objectives. Planning should be an ongoing process, adapting with changes to your vision and circumstances. We will work with you to strategize around saving and spending to efficiently accomplish your plan. We will measure progress over time, and model various scenarios for your consideration.

Risk Management & Insurance Planning

A solid plan should include considerations for unexpected events. Our planning work will incorporate recommendations for the protection of your assets and those you care about. Our review will consider potential shortfalls or risks, guiding further discussion and implementation with a specialist.

Tax Planning

Taxes are a constant in our financial lives, but also ever changing. Considering the impact of taxes is key in crafting a well informed plan. In crafting and implementing your plan, we will discuss the tax aspects of various strategies with you. We will partner with your tax professional to connect your plan components.

Estate Planning

When it comes to implementing your plan, we want to help you consider what happens beyond your lifetime. We will help you think through the implications of titling, strategies to pass on your assets and carrying out special wishes. We will then partner with an attorney to create or modify any estate planning documents.

Investment Planning

Investment Management

Oftentimes, the investment portfolio is the engine of your overall plan. The allocation strategy should be informed by your goals and objectives, clarified through our planning work with you. In our financial planning process, we provide guidelines for aligning your portfolio with the plan. As part of a separate engagement, clients may choose to employ our Investment Management services.

Cordis Financial may include financial planning services as part of the overall investment advisory fee, or bill them separately. Engagements may be offered as a fixed fee engagement.
